What are the precautions about the electrical interface of the bearing cold assembly box

The refrigeration of the bearing cold assembly box adopts the German cryogenic technology. The refrigeration medium is liquid nitrogen, which can produce - 196 ℃ low-temperature cold air flow and deliver cold air to the low-temperature box. Shaft cold assembly box is divided into vertical low temperature box, horizontal low temperature box, well type low temperature box, open type low temperature box and closed type low temperature box. The inner wall is made of stainless steel and has a special thermal insulation structure. The internal air flow organization forms a closed circuit circulation with the box, and the cooling speed is fast.
 
The bearing cold assembly box is a cryogenic equipment used for the freezing of copper sleeve bearings in the mechanical equipment industry. It is often used for the cold assembly of large equipment accessories. When installing the industrial bearing cold assembly box, users need to pay attention to the electrical interface, the description of each accessory and the corresponding protective device.
Precautions for electrical interface of bearing cold assembly box:
 
1. The power connection of industrial bearing refrigeration assembly box shall use the terminal/board with grounding contact, three-phase 380VAC50Hz power supply, and three-phase four wire plug.
2. Depending on the site conditions, it may be necessary to replace the original power cord with another power cord. Do not use a power cord longer than 5M, so that the temperature controller can be disconnected at any time. Only electricians are allowed to replace the power cord.
3. It should be noted that accidents may occur if the industrial bearing refrigeration assembly box is connected to the terminal/board without grounding contact (PE).
4. The temperature controller of industrial bearing refrigeration assembly box is only connected to the power terminal/board with grounding contact (PE).
5. The grounding resistance of the temperature controller of the industrial bearing refrigeration assembly box must be ≤ 1 Ω, which can effectively prevent the electrification of the shell and the generation of static electricity in the pipeline.
6. The signal input and output shielding layer of the temperature controller of the industrial bearing refrigeration assembly box is connected to the weak current ground, and the two need to be effectively isolated to prevent interference.
7. If the power cord/power interface is damaged, an accident may occur. Do not start the temperature controller, disconnect the power supply of the temperature controller, and let the electrician replace and check the power cord/power interface
8. If the power interface of the industrial bearing refrigeration assembly box fails, the temperature controller will be damaged. The on-site power supply voltage and frequency must be consistent with the description on the nameplate of the temperature controller.
