That is, the parts that need to be installed in the base hole are first cooled to shrink the outer dimension, thereby creating an assembly gap, which is a cost-effective assembly equipment for easy assembly of the parts.
This equipment is an assembly method that uses a refrigerant to cool the parts that need to be installed in the base hole, so that the outer dimension shrinks, and an assembly gap is created between the assembly surfaces to facilitate the assembly of the parts. 1.Safety: The cold assembly process is safer and more reliable, and the workpiece is not easily damaged; the hot assembly process has a high temperature at the site, which is likely to cause personal burns, and the press-fit assembly is easy to damage the workpiece.
2.Manufacturability: high quality of cold assembly, good centering of the workpiece, and strong load-bearing capacity; the quality of hot assembly is not easy to control, the workpiece is easy to deform, and the part and the base hole are not firmly combined in the press-fit assembly.
3. Operability: The cold-shrinkable assembly box is simple and convenient to operate, economical and practical; the hot assembly process is complicated, requiring workers to repeatedly check the aperture size, and the press-in assembly requires that the center line of the hole and the shaft is consistent.
